"Hunter was very polite and very flexible, but we were charged by the square foot and many pieces of furniture were not moved for cleaning. If we needed to have pieces moved for the cleaning that should have been said prior to their arrival. It felt as if they were rushing to get the job done so quickly that they left areas undone. We were left with one restroom left undone and a white residue on the floors and baseboards. Hunter was very apologetic and did return to clean the floor in the bathroom and wipe down the baseboards. Over-all I feel they are capable of doing a great job, but our marble floors were a bit of a challenge and they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed for the cleaning."

"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. "Mr.ben was professional and transparent about his quality of work. I called him to clean stains out of a mattress. He told me that most of the stains would come up but not all. To me it still looks better than before maybe if i do another session i should be close to having a brand new mattress again. My only con is that the mattress has small tears i assume from the cleaning process of rubbing the mattress material. My mattress is cashmere so maybe i should have got a steam clean rather than vacuum method. Still and all I am satisfied with my results and feel as if i have a newer mattress."
