"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Diego and Eber from Nprados Concrete LLC did an amazing job creating me a front porch. They are 2 of the hardest working men that you'll ever meet. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. Give these hard working, efficient, well mannered guys a call for your next project, you'll be happy you did."
