Joe Lay Plumbers sent someone out to look at the problem and provide an estimate. They correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repair required digging four feet of fill on the outside my house’s foundation and replacing a section of leaking pipe. The problem was caused by a poor original installation. We agreed on a date for the repair and Joe Lay had two plumbers perform the work. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and competently. "Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance.
