They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

The carpet is 15 years old as well and my husband had gotten some kind of grease on the living room carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. I am amazed at how nice it looks now. Even that grease stain is gone. I won't have to replace my carpet yet after all. The technician was courteous about calling before the appointment. "Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall.
