In addition, all the people who worked to build the patio and pond were courteous, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They really went above and beyond. The only reason for the “B” on responsiveness is because Rob does it all including answering the phones and responding to email. "Brandon and his crew dug a 3 foot deep 75 foot long ditch for a new water line through a heavily landscaped terrace where a mechanical ditch cutting machine could not be used. I cannot begin to describe all the ways they were thoughtful about the project and careful to preserve the existing landscape. He had to reschedule the first meeting for the job estimate because of a time conflict, but we met the next day. The following day his crew showed up and completed the project in just two day. The ditch location required cutting through hard clay. The company can apparently do many different kinds of projects besides landscaping. I will definitely hire Brandon and his crew again for other projects."
