Jose is an absolute artist!! We have a textured ceiling which was damaged and not only was the repair work perfect, the texturing matched perfectly!! Jose and Jose cleaned everything and vacuumed as well before leaving. I feel so lucky to have found such hard working, knowledgeable craftsmen and would highly recommend them.

H&M replaced my full roof, gutters, downspouts, chimney caps and fascia board coverings. He guarantees his work and although I hope to never need it, itâ s reassuring to have. If needed Iâ d allow him to work on my motherâ s roof without hesitation.

Jose arrived on time and did a good job repairing my kitchen ceiling where I had a water leak. Very well pleased with his work and I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Little did I realize when I hired Jose Maradiaga it was my lucky day. We had everything from rotting wood to mold from water damage around our creek stone fireplace. The 12-feet-high ceiling, mold, rotten wood, and surrounding damaged dry wall were not a problem for Jose and his capable crew. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed. The results were amazing and my husband and I are thrilled. I would hire Jose again in a New York minute!

Let me first start if by saying that I am a very analytical person and therefore, I did my due diligence when identifying a contractor, as well as the products that they would use. Trust me when I say that working with Jose Maradiaga was a breeze. Not only is he a friendly and like-able person, but he is very transparent about the work and the effort required to compete the job. As he and I discussed, it’s his name of the line, so you know he will anything in his power to provide the best possible customer service and experience that he can. As an example of that, HM Roofing was the only 1 out 4 potential contractors to explicitly walk the roof and called out all the potential areas of concern. Additionally, after explaining my situation to him was very considerate in offering me the his best possible price. Let just say that I priced 4 different roofing companies for a total repair of my roof (26 squares) and his price was by far the best. Not to mention the products that he uses were rated higher and out perform the products from the competitor bids. As I mentioned above, I did my research to verify all of this. His crew was so efficient in completing the work that it only took 1 day from removal to complete installation. Jose even took the time to have me inspect the work and he personally fixed all the minor things that I called attention to. He and his crew even took the time to walk my entire property after cleanup to ensure that every last nail and piece of garbage was collected. He even repaired the drywall of my ceiling inside where the leak was located in good faith. He did not release his crew until the job was fully completed and I was 100% happy with the outcome. So believe me when I say that I would absolutely recommend Jose and Humberto Maradiaga Roofing & Remodeling. You will not be disappointed.

Humberto does top notch work. He provided an estimate on a Thursday, started on Friday and finished Saturday afternoon. The damage to my ceiling was far worse than could be initially seen, partially because of a subpar past repair. Humberto brought the structure up to snuff and then replaced the damaged drywall. He does impeccable work and cleanup.
