"I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. "Amazing service. Jason was here the next morning and worked on the shower drain that was filled with grout from a tile contractor. Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. This method is much safer than using a chemical drain cleaner gel.

When you put baking soda and vinegar down the drain, they chemically react and help break down clogs. It’s not going to work for every type of clog, however. For example, it’s not the best way to get rid of grease buildup. For grease, you should try boiling water and white vinegar instead.

Depending on the way it curves, a plumber can either access the side of the pipe that goes into your home or the side that goes to your yard.
