"Workers cleaned and treated crawl space for mold and encapsulated the crawl space. The next day, Jim came and installed a dehumidifier. He noticed a couple of things that we’re done quite right. The crew returned and fixed those issues. No payment was requested until job was completely done. Humidity under the crawl space went from 87% to 55%."

"I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. "Altek drained out our crawl space, installed a new sump pump and encapsulated our entire crawl space adding a dehumidifier. They completed that in 4 and a half days.
