"Workers cleaned and treated crawl space for mold and encapsulated the crawl space. The next day, Jim came and installed a dehumidifier. He noticed a couple of things that we’re done quite right. The crew returned and fixed those issues. No payment was requested until job was completely done. Humidity under the crawl space went from 87% to 55%."

"I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. Alford was by far the best all around, not only were they more affordable they were on time and very professional. The crew that came were knowledgeable and hard working and got right to work digging and installing 4 piers to stabilize my garage. "Altek drained out our crawl space, installed a new sump pump and encapsulated our entire crawl space adding a dehumidifier. They completed that in 4 and a half days. They showed up on time and were very professional. The project manager checked in always in person and by calling. I always got a summary at the end of each day on where they are at.
