"Alford had waterproofed my basement 2 years ago & I've been very pleased with that project. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. "I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done.
