The Repair appears as a amateur job, using outlet metal wall boxes instead of junction boxes, when joining the wires together.  Finishing the repairs, he slips getting down from standing on a bathroom vanity and bumps into a plastic water line, breaking it off in a shut-off  valve. My basement got flooded getting many storage items and a dining room table and chairs very wet.  The repairman (Criss)  states that he made a mess and that he would fix the damaged water line. At the beginning this repair, I ask about replacing the inline shut-off valve and stated that he didn't have one, further remarking that the old valve couldn't be used as the line broke off in the valve. He made no concern about replacing the valve. He did ask for something to wipe the water of of the dinning room table, and was concerned about how wet he got.  He had no concern about any of the flooding and potential damages.  He was pleased that the electric was repaired and that the water line was back in service. He gathered his tools and went to the service truck and presented me with the invoice.
This was a American Home Shield repair service of my Home Warranty.

They installed the system.  A short time later, I noticed water dripping out of the main box on to the floor.  I called and they came and fixed it.  I later noticed that the drip line from the main unit had not been taken outside the house.  It was placed through the floor and was dripping directly on my basement floor below, creating the potential for mold growth and possible water damage.  The installer came to fix it.  He stated that he always left the drain pipe dripping in the basement!  He gave me push back about extending the dripping pipe outside and to my suprise became somewhat combative.  The pipe was extended outside.  The owner did follow up to make sure everything was working properly.

This is an apartment.  Sewage had to be pumped out of basement.  They ran a new sewer pipe, changed 2 toilet flanges and reset 2 commodes.  This cost almost $12,000.00.
