He was timely and his cost was very reasonable. Thanks to Joshua my door now closes the way it should, and is no longer drafty. Our house is on a fall away lot, so porch is a story off the ground. Have bushes on one side as well. Was amazed at how he tackled it all and got the job done. One panel came loose and got bent on one of the very stormy night, some weeks later. He came back out and replaced it all. Was a complete pleasure to talk to and won't hesitate to call him again.
