I decided to go with him but to contact him on Monday. On Saturday night I heard the tree start to slide along my gutter. I was afraid it would fall on my heat pump. I called & explained my situation. He offered to come over that night to get it off my house. He was there in 30 minutes & the tree was down shortly thereafter. He had very little light to work with & even got on my roof to cut the branches away safely. He came back on Monday & removed the entire tree along with cleaning up the mess the tree had left. I'm very happy with his customer service & highly recommend him. He showed up when he said he would & stayed in touch to keep me in the loop. Rare qualities in contractors today.
