"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

With over 30 years, I have done just about everything in the construction field. Our company value is to fully understand what the customer wants. Then, work with them to offer the best product and service possible. Nobody wants to do something twice or not be happy with the final product.

"In January 2025, Cincinnati got 10+ inches of snow and, the temperature dropped and stayed in the single digits for weeks. A pipe froze and burst in our garage and we were forced to call a plumber. It would be our pleasure to help you find the products of your dreams in our showroom, and build your vision in your home. We purchase cabinets from several different companies to get you the best price there is out there. You can buy all your products from us as far as cabinets, hardwood flooring and tile.. We are a family owned business and the owner and another guy do all the work. 90 percent of our jobs are from previous customers giving referrals.
