"I’m so glad we chose Ever Dry to waterproof our basement. The sales rep did a fantastic job at communicating, explaining the process, and had a very competitive price. The workers did a great job and had it done quickly and left no mess behind. I highly recommend them. Ever Dry has a warranty and they fully stand behind their work."
"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."
"Will H and his team Corey B and Christian H, were polite professional redo my waterproofing my basement and, putting in a new sump pump. Will walk me through the whole process step by step if you had questions or if he had questions they were answered immediately the process was very smooth due to Will's knowledge and professionalism. What was thought to be a two-day job and ended up being a one-day job. I would hire Ohio basement authority if I again if I had any more problems and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone who does have a problem."
"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."
"Plumb tite was incredible! We were about to list our house when we noticed the basement shower was leaking. Plumb tite got someone out the next week to inspect and order a replacement and the shower was in before our planned listing 2 weeks later."
"Every person involved with my job was knowledgeable and highly professional. I look forward to having a dry basement from now on, and I am confident that AccuLevel's work will make that happen."
"The work that they did was first rate. The reason I did not give them a better rating was that they left my basement a mess. They said that they were going to clean up after my written review and then pretty much left me with an inch of dust on my basement floor to clean up. I should have watched them more closely."
"We were in a bind a month and half ago when we needed to have a wheelchair accessible ramp installed to the front porch of our house. After numerous frantic phone calls , Tim stepped in to help out. His crew had the job done in inclement weather to our complete and utter amazement. Kudos to a job well done. We definitely recomend them for any home care needs."

When doing any type of project involving mold, it's important to wear the right protective gear. You'll want an N-95 or KN-95 mask to keep yourself from inhaling mold spores, which can be irritating or trigger an allergic reaction in people with weakened immune systems. You'll also want to wear protective eyewear and gloves to limit your contact with mold.
French drains and yard grading systems are two highly effective ways to fix standing water around the foundation. Since the French drain uses a perforated pipe covered by gravel, you won’t have to worry about water taking the soil away from your foundation. Meanwhile, yard grading levels out the ground to prevent water from gathering around your foundation.
No, everything doesn’t get wet if the bathroom is well-designed and the fixtures are properly installed. It’s important that the floor of a wet room drains correctly, and proper waterproofing and slip-resistant flooring are used to avoid creating slipping hazards. Since the shower isn’t housed in an enclosed space, you’ll need to make sure the towel rack and toilet paper holder are placed in areas where they won’t get wet.
Methods include interior sealants, exterior excavation and waterproofing membranes, sump pump installation, and vapor barriers for encapsulation. Techniques vary based on the structure and severity of moisture issues.
