The guy was on time, went straight to work, was extremely professional, and had my washer fixed in about 20 minutes. I had a big sewing needle stuck in my pump, I had NO idea what was going on, he fixed it right away. There was no surprise fees, the total was what I expected, and I'm very happy. "The technician was polite and we have to assume the work was done right. The call was described was $165 for a cleaning and inspection with other charges for anything else they see. Seemed reasonable until the technician indicated he would only clean the vent, not the dryer, and wanted more money for a new dryer hose and another inspection. $500 - half the cost of a new dryer. Didn't go the whole route... Not saying it was a scam but they are not cheap and beware the upselling - not happy...."
