We also were able to change scope mid-way through the project and add a glass shower door to our bathroom. Rick also made several recommendations about how to set up things to maximize our available space which we readily incorporated into our plans. Plumbing was the only thing which Rick brought in an outside contractor for and he was someone who Rick works with on nearly every one of his jobs. "Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

"Anthony and his partner did a great job on our floor from start to finish ! They removed the old flooring and replaced it repaired any low spots and bad subfloor and we are very satisfied with the finished product. There were some challenges due to the previous installation of the old flooring by someone else and they had an answer for any problems they encountered. They were friendly, polite , professional and very knowledgeable in their trade ! They cleaned up everything and went the xtra mile to be mindful of my wife working from home during the job !
