He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. I would highly recommend King's Mitagators for any level of work you may need. They will always be my first call going forward for future work. Thanks Sam & Chris! We have 5 years on the market, doing a lot of services with high level of quality (painting, drywall, sodding and soffit, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions & remodeling, decks, flooring, porches and patio ,driveways)

"This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."
