The salesman showed up as requested, never tried to upsell me or pressure me into making a sale. The installers showed up on time with the correct materials and stayed throughout the day until the job was done. Was expecting a multiple day job, but they pushed through and got it done same day. Very impressed.

The installers did great work but did not speak any English.I had to have his wife translate to them what I watned done. I contacted the Empire Today about the problem. The company repeatedly gave him the wrong material. A two-day job turned into a week. I was told repeatedly they would call me back within 24 hours and they never returned any of my calls. My steps are undone because they provide the intstaller with the wrong materials. They did bring me the materials to finish the steps but left them undone.

Service after the sale was poor. Material for the stairs was not ordered. Have been waiting for 2 weeks and still not installed. Salesman promised to call back but never did.
