He took care of removing them from the attic and cleaned and sanitized and repaired all damage that the raccoons caused. Very quick turnaround from the first contact on Friday December 5 and he came on Saturday December 6 to give and estimate of the damage and one part of the project was completed on Monday December 8th and second part was completed on Friday December 12 th. He is going to return in 2 weeks to make sure the raccoons have not came back. He is very thorough in performing the job. I will use him in the future if I have any other issues."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
