They were very professional. Sam did most of the work in my house. She was wonderful. She explained what she was going to do, and the timeline for finishing everything. She showed me what needed to be done, and she answered all my questions fully and politely. Sam never talked down to me like some other contractors have done. It was a bit difficult getting an estimate out of the company, but once I got it, I was happy with the quote, and they came in under budget. I would definitely hire them again.

I found them very professional and quick to help.  I have to give them good marks for that, But when I asked about repair, the would not give an estimate.  They said "whatever the insurance pays should cover it."  I found that similar to the scene from the movie Vacation, with Chevy Chase.  He has his car repaired by the only place to be found in the middle of the desert.  Chevy's character asks, "how much do I owe you?"  the owner replies, "How much you got?" Get the idea?
  I found that rather underhanded and not professional.  If they wanted to remain professional, they should have said, "I normally charge X dollars, but if insurance does not cover it, we can work with you."  That would have been better.  Because of that, I used others on the repairs.  
The clean up was great though.

I called my insurance company when I discovered the wet carpeting. They called Purofirst for me.  The company was here quite promptly.  The men were professional and polite.  They did their job and removed all garbage (basically the wet carpet pad). I gave them a $500 deposit the first day.  Later I received a bill for $1,616.23!  I have since found out that another company that advertises a lot would have charged $500 - 1,000 for the same work.  I will not call Purofirst again.

Storm Damage: During the storm a tree fell on my house, damaging the roof, chimney, gutters, soffit, siding; etc.
I called my Insurance Company, they contacted Purofirst Disaster Services. Purofirst called me and was at the property immediately; tarps were placed on the damage roof because of the heavy rain and flying debri. The tree was removed from the roof and the remainder was torn out and disposed.
The roof was completely replaced, the chimney, gutters, soffit and siding were repaired and or replaced.  The debri was cleaned-up and hauled away.  The job was done in a professional and timely manner.  I have no complaints.

They were here within about three hours. They came the same day that I was leaving on vacation. They had to get all the water out, then dry everything out, and rip out the walls if needed. It was a little pricey, but our insurance covered most of it.

Our insurance covered the charges. They didn’t fix anything, but they got us back to normal. There is a contractor who is working now to get us back to living in it. They were very prompt and got here very quickly, but they weren’t real neat. If need be, I would use them again because they were so prompt.

So after the work was completed they were fine with the checks the insurance was paying out. We weren't, as there was work that wasn't done. I called them and said this wasn't done and they needed to fix it. they fixed it alright. They added those extra 2 days for the air scrubbers that they said they would charge, they said it was a diiferent air scrubber than planned on the estimate and charged more, they added another filter for both air scrubbers that wasn't in the orginal esitmate. This was done after our call, to us it appeared they did this for more money. I called our insurance claim rep and she said we would have a 3 way call so I could talk with Ben. I did research on the air scrubbers they said they used, and they did not use the carbon filter that was stated they used. Not only that he lied from the first time he spoke. He stated there was a change in the air scrubbers to leave them there the extra 2 days because I said I didn't want the ozone in the main house. This was not know until after them leaving the air scrubbers. He also stated there were over sights in the original esitmate. What basically happened is it sounded as the insurance company rep ws on their side and not fighting for the right thing. I mean I know all the money was not from our pocket, but this is wrong what was done! Stay away from this company as they rip you off with their costs. You can buy the machines for the price they charge!

They have been prompt to come and came back to check on things afterwards. They have managed to salvage our hardwood floors instead of having to replace them. I would highly recommend them.

My home owner's insurance covered all the cost but my deductible. They did an excellent job with the cleanup from their work. They were very efficient. They also did a follow up call to make sure all the work was still doing well. They were very polite and easy to work with.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I HAD NO PROBLEM. IT LOOKED BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE. THE AWNING HAD BEEN THERE FOR 15-20 YEARS. THEN THE TREE FELL ON IT. THE PRICE WAS THROUGH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND I GOT 3 OR 4 QUOTES AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND.

OVERALL I WAS VERY HAPPY. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE. THEY TALKED AND TREATED US VERY KINDLY. THEY REALIZED THAT WE WERE UNDER A LOT OF STRESS. THE ONLY THING WAS WHEN THEY DID SOME WORK WITH THE FUNGICIDE.
