Monsterclean pleased me and I require perfection.

Dave and his crew are awesome. I work for an apartment complex and I usually don't give Dave much notice but he is always able to work me in. I can always count on Monster Clean. Working in this kind of business you never know what the carpet is going to look like but Monster Clean takes on the toughest and dirtiest carpets and they come out looking like new and smell so fresh.

Completely satisfied. We have used Monster Clean for years with no complaints ever. Dave always does a fantastic service.

We would highly recommend MonsterClean in Henderson to all our Owensboro friends for their carpet cleaning needs. They come to Owensboro multiple times a week for their customers. Their price was very reasonable and they met all our needs. Dave, the owner, came to our house to clean our carpet. He was very timely for our appointment and called us prior to arrival to assure us of his arrival time. He used protective covering on doors and doorways to protect our home from his cleaning equipment and performed some extra steps to remove the furniture dimples left behind as all our furniture had been removed. When he was done, all of our carpet looked great.

Monster Clean was on time, professional, great results and fair price.

Monsterclean did the best he could, however, father's floors were ruined from years of chemical use on floors. They gave best effort and were very helpful, always putting the customer first.

They did a good job. My husband thought they had done the best of any carpet cleaners we've had. It cost us around $900 to get 4,000 sq. feet cleaned.

MonsterClean worked out good. They did everything they said they were gonna do and they were on time. They're just, I mean, they were really good in explaining everything. You know, I had like a treatment done on a carpet, I mean they just did everything they said they were gonna do when they said they're gonna do it. The interaction was good, both on the phone and in person was good. The work they did turned out good.

They turned out fine. He was on time, presentable, nice, accommodating, and helpful.

I have a wool carpet in my living room that is several years old and I was concerned about whether it could be cleaned without damaging it. When I called MonsterClean I spoke with Dave the owner and told him my concerns. He said he would need to see the carpet before he could say if it could be cleaned. Dave came by the following day and looked at the carpet. He said it was in good enough condition to be cleaned but could not guarantee it would not have some color differences where the stains were at. I decided to go ahead with the cleaning and also have my kitchen tile cleaned. We set an appointment for the following week. They arrived right on schedule and went about setting up their equipment. They paid great attention to protecting my walls, baseboards and hardwood flooring from any damage from the hoses running through the house. When Dave called me into the room to check out the job they had done on the carpet I was stunned. The carpet looked better than I remembered it looking when it was installed and there was no color changes where the stains had been. They proceeded to the kitchen tile and were done sooner than I expected. I could not believe how good the tile and grout lines looked. I did not realize how dirty and discolored they had become over time. Dave and his crew were very professional and courteous while in my home and I will definitely be calling them in the future to do the rest of the carpets and tile in the house. I will also be recommending MonsterClean to all my family and friends.

I have used Monster Clean several times and they have always performed above my expectations. When my grandson spilled a large glass of red Kool-aid on my daughters light tan carpet I called Dave to see if he could salvage the carpet instead of replacing it. Dave was confident he could remove the stain as long as we didn't use any products to try removing the stain our self. He was able to work us into his schedule the next evening and showed up right on time. Within a hour the stain was gone and the carpet looked fantastic. I was so impressed I asked he had time to do upholstery on the sofa and recliners as they had some stains on them also. Dave said no problem since they were already set up in the room and didn't have any more jobs scheduled for the day. As always they did an amazing job on the upholstery and removed all the stains. By the time they left everything was almost dry and my daughter had what looked new carpet and furniture. I will be calling Dave soon to schedule for them come back and do the bedrooms and hallway.

I revived a call prior to the scheduled appointment to let me know they were on the way. Dave was on time, polite & professional. My carpets (even the high traffic hallway) look brand new!
