Serene Aqua Landscaping was one of only two companies that returned our phone calls. Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. "I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks. "They came out to do a 12x13 paver patio for a hot tub with footings for a future gazebo. They came out quickly to give the bid, made the couple adjustments requested, and after catching an issue they didnâ t see the day of the bid, they fixed the issue for just the cost of materials. They were done in about 2.5 days and communicated well. We will hire them again if needed!"
