Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. They came out quickly to give the bid, made the couple adjustments requested, and after catching an issue they didnâ t see the day of the bid, they fixed the issue for just the cost of materials.
