"Asked if she cleaned homes in Richmond. She said yes. Gave her my address, agreed on a price, date and time. Ten minutes before she was supposed to be there, I text her asking what time she would get there. Twenty minutes later she replied “I just looked up your house and it’s an hour and 20 min away”. In the asked if she was still coming? Or just running late? never heard anything else back from her. This was very unprofessional and disappointing as we needed our home we had just purchased cleaned before moving in. Do not recommend."

The deck boards and beams were all cut in as needed to fit existing structures. The deck is solidly built and they were very fast and cleaned up after. I’d be happy to hire them again."
