"The technician (Danny P.) determined the flange on the toilet was loose. He was knowledgeable and professional. Because the toilet had been reset by different technician almost two months earlier, the company agreed to make the necessary repairs at no charge given the circumstances. "I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. "RL Plumbing contacted me right away when they found out I had an emergency call to fix my toilet plumbing and said the would be over in about two to three hours on a Sunday morning Gave me a reasonable quote for an emergency call. I didn't end up using them because a friend came over to help. They thanked me for calling when I called to cancel the appointment. Nice and friendly even when I cancelled the appointment. I think I will be willing to try them on a non-emergency call"

"My 6 year old accidentally flushed her toothbrush down the toilet which caused major clog. After carefully reading all the positive reviews about Shane, I gave him a call to come and HELP!! "Mark Pogue is honest and does great work at a very good price. I live in a Condo and we got the Association to hire Mark for some extensive plumbing problems fixed that other plumbers would not even give a quote on namely backflow valves, and water main cut off valves in front of each half of each building. Major project. Mark did all the work at a really low price and we are thrilled with the work. Other people in the association have used Mark for other projects as well .
