GOOD JOB

While their work was good they overcharged me for unclogging my drain. Plumber said one price if clog is not too far down the line (175) but if clog was closer to sewer line (400) Clog was literally 10 to 15 feet into line but they changed me the higher price which was unfair- anyone using Junior Plumbing- which out for their deceptive practices. Sorry I used this plumber.

My technician came within the prescribed window, and was friendly and polite. The company was very good about contacting me when a scheduling problem arose, and rescheduled quickly. I did not do comparison shopping for this service (installation of a new toilet) and may have paid a bit too much. On the other hand, I have installed toilets before, and was not up to doing it myself this time.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. Ronald was very polite, professional and punctual. He seemed to know what he was talking about and gave me some great information about the plumbing and heating system for the house we’re buying. This company is Award Worthy. They go above and beyond to provide you with the ultimate service. This is platinum level service. This is a company that should be mirrored across the country. What they do - is the absolute way it should be done. They are extremely prompt, respectful, responsive, the value can t be matched and the user friendly connection is genuine. I m in love! I have never receive service like this from ARS, Michael and Sons and Jens. It is by far one of the most organize and mission focused teams that we have encountered. Michelle called me in the middle of the night after I put in a request to Home Advisor. She worked the schedule for Devonte to come out 1st thing in the morning. I had already dealt with a company that took days for an assessment and still had not fixed by emergency issue. So, God sent Junior s Plumbing to my rescue. God got it very right. I will never call any other plumber than Junior s Plumber. They are fair people and they treated me with respect - they treated me right. Like a person and potential customer should be treated. Was timely and did good work but cost a little high.

Chris, the technician that did both my jobs, did a great job! Addressed both of my problems in a very timely fashion. Very professional and he did a nice job cleaning up. The charge was very reasonable! I definitely will use them again. Followed up to see how satisfied I was!
