I chose my own toilet. He took out the old one and put in the new one. They did better work with the bolts because this is a 1966 subdivision house and they took something old out with the bolts and put in their stuff. Instead of the cheap 1966 subdivision stuff.

They took it out while it couldn’t be fixed. They took it out of the wall of the house, cut that part, took that off, cut part of it off from the inside, welded in a new copper pipe and hooked it all up again. Because, that was the very first item in the intake from the city water, then that also cleared all of the lime and calcium and everything. Our water pressure increased tremendously. It was a surprise. We had good water pressure anyway. That was the very first thing coming from the city line into the house and everything built up. That was a bonus. That was expensive. That was a labor intensive 2-hour thing. It was very time consuming. They were nice, they were professional. Well, everybody is or they don’t come back.  Price rating - When I found out how much work was involved, they had to cut a hole in the concrete wall in the basement. So, I guess it would be an “A”, it would be a very fair price. They had to do welding and concrete it up and everything. I think there were 2 guys. It wasn’t a case of just a washer and a seat. The last time we needed somebody we used Tony’s and Tony’s was good, so we used him the second time.

Called one day and came the next with a new toilet tank. Punctual, friendly and professional. Have used Tony's plumbing in the past and will certainly use in the future. They stand behind their work and I can appreciate that. Today was no charge but have found them to be reasonable in the past.

Not happy with plumber. Was overcharged for labor. A friendly coworker was kind enough to apologized for mistake. Plumber seems defensive about plumbing questions? The office was very fair in not charging me for an extra visit.

Had Tony's out to clear a sink drain in a rental house. I attempted to clear the clog myself and wasn't able. They got out the next day and got it cleared in no time. Tenants were pleased with punctuality and professionalism.

One of my grandchildren dropped a toy in the toilet and flushed. We didn't know this at the time. The drain became clogged and it was a nightmare to repair. They worked all day and came back the next to finish the job. We were very satisfied with the effort they put in to get this object out of the sewer line without digging, etc.

They have come out twice. They were here last week and this morning as well. The first time they came out for an extensively clogged kitchen drain and they just snaked it out but they had to do it from both sides from the basement and the kitchen. They did a great job and they didn't take too long. It didn't take too much money and they cleaned up after themselves. They not only cleaned up after themselves but they put back all my things under my kitchen sink which was very nice. They were really nice guys and they pet the dog as well as she needs attention. They had to come back today as one of the pipes had re-clogged itself and it was leaking. They had to change a part of the pipe. They were very prompt and they give you a call ahead before they reach here. They are not very expensive, they are really nice and they cleaned up well after themselves.

The job was to install a two-stage flush kit that I supplied in an existing toilet tank. The kit may have been a DIY, but disassembling the existing mechanism and getting the tank off were beyond my skills and tools. My long-time plumber retired and I was looking for a new one. I thought I would try someone close by and that was Tony's. The initial call was polite and an appointment was scheduled for two days later. The next day they called back and said they could not find my street in their locator. They had misspelled it, getting the first letter of the five-letter street name wrong. I pronounced and spelled it for the person at least four times before he got it right. Dual flush mechanisms are standard in Europe and many other places. But the two guys who showed up from Tony's acted as if it was a bad joke. These guys definitely had an attitude and issues with water conservation. They ridiculed the idea of saving water: "I go green, I have two swimming pools." and "I go green, I run water my lawn 24 hours a day." Those were the jokes I heard. They were also speaking under there breath to each other and would not repeat for me what they were saying. They also ridiculed the parts in the kit. One guy did the work and the other, the helper, got the job of figuring out the instructions since neither of them had apparently installed this mechanism before. It was definitely scary to watch, one guy doing the work, refusing to touch the instructions and guessing how the mechanism worked; the other guy trying to make sense of the instructions by looking at the pictures but ignoring the words. I offered to run the installation video for them, but they took that as an insult. So I watched the video in steps and talked them through each step of the installation. The completed the installation and then tried to make the appropriate adjustments--by trial and error and asking me how it was supposed to work. This took them as long as the installation itself, not counting the disassembly. When they left I ran the adjustment video and found that all of the adjustable functions needed to corrected, which I was finally able to do. They took 90 minutes and charged $125 (labor only, I supplied the parts) for a job the installation video said should take about half an hour--when one knows what one is doing. They guys were not hostile, but definitely had an attitude. They did offer a useful bit of advice about getting a replacement rubber ring for the flapper ASAP in case the part became unavailable before I need it. I was definitely relieved when they left our house. I give them C for showing up and getting the work done. The rest of the experience was not very pleasant and I rate it lower.

Came out the same day as we needed to get hot water. Had a problem leak the next day due to a water pressure issue, but came out immediately that same day to install overflow tank. Very good customer service and responsive employees. Would recommend.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THEY CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY MADE SURE THEY PUT THE CEILING TILES BACK THE WAY IT WAS. EVERYTHING WORKED AFTER THAT. THEY EVEN THREW IN A LITTLE EXTRA WORK ON THE COMMODE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY DID THEIR WORK CORRECTLY.
