"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Only one technician for what likely was a two-man job, but he got it done. Came out to assess the job, provided a quote, and completed the job the same day after another company had tried to take advantage by providing an exorbitant quote and lying to my daughter that her water heater was a special size and cost a lot more. Toilet seats have two mounting brackets on the back that accept mounting bolts. The bolts drop through the brackets, through two small holes on the top of your toilet, and then receive nuts to hold them in place on the bottom of the toilet.
