"Great! It is a small bathroom n a 1940s house but Mike Clark and team made me feel it was the most important job ever! I love it!! The quality of work was A+. Plaster walls had to be repaired, drain pipes replaced,electrical outlet moved and new tile floors in addition to new toilet and tub placement were a part of the remode. I will definitely use Tom Drexler again."

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

Came out to assess the job, provided a quote, and completed the job the same day after another company had tried to take advantage by providing an exorbitant quote and lying to my daughter that her water heater was a special size and cost a lot more. RL was honest, on time, and got the job done right."
