    Everything went wonderful. The first thing that I noticed was his manners. He was so polite and friendly. I contacted him in the evening and he was there first thing in the morning as he promised. He went straight to work troubleshooting my issue after a few preliminary question on how the furnace was acting. After confirming it was the heating element. He asked if I wanted him to order the part and come install it, or if I had the technical experience to. He would write out the directions and point me in the direction to order and install the part myself. He explained that would save me the install fee if he had to return to install it himself. If you are interested in his services I would contact him in the evening. He told me he went to college for electronics and also works as a independent developer. He did let me know that he usually will only take on one repair. Two if it is a emergency especially if children are involved. What I thought was best about his one repair rule was that he said that he did it that way do he would not fill he was rushed through the troubleshooting and repair. That, to me is quality service

    Came out to our house to trouble shoot a washer problem. Explained cost of repair vs. replacement. Offered a replacement frontload washer for 1/3 of new cost. I went to his place of business, inspected it, and approved it. They delivered it and hooked it up and explained its operation and maintanence. We've had it for a year now with no problems

    We called and they came out pretty quick. They said the part needed would take 10 days to get in m then theyd call me. 1 month later I had to call them. They could only come out 1 day a week. When that particular day wouldn't work for me, they said they'd call back to reschedule. They didn't; I had to call them. The day that week didn't work for me so they said they'd call back. Nope, they didn't. Now my fiance got involved. The lady at this company got very ugly, and with an attitude said WE aren't cooperative. Then she said she wished the warranty company would have gave us a different repair team...and that maybe we should call someone else!! Really?!? Oh and every single time I talked to them, there was a screaming, crying infant in the background. This is a terrible business. Do yourself a favor and shop with a different company

    When I got the (broken filter) from Pro Clear, I called them up and they agreed to fix it if I mailed it to them. I did. They couldn't be bother to let me know they had it, so a week later, I had to track it doen through the shipping company myself. They finally admitted they had it and it would be ready for pick up the next day. I scheduled the pick up and waited. They couldn't be bothered to tell me they didn'e send it when the driver showed, so again I had to track it down thru the shipping company. They eventually admitted that they didn't send it, but would if I scheduled another pick up. I did, and again, they didn't send the thing. And again, they didn't tell me. Another week, another long phone call to the shipping company, but this time, instead of promises from Pro Clear, I got lies. Nick (his refuses to give his last name), the clown I've been putting up with til now gave me a made up story about it having been sent. More long phone calls to uncover his lies, and a few days later, he finally admitted it was still at the company. I told him it was his turn to foot the bill for shipping, he was out of rope. He said he couldn't, insisted he didn't have a boss, wouldn't tell me his name, wouldn't tell me the head of the company's name, and hung up on me. Avoid Por Clear Aquatics' products at all costs. They're not worth it
