"Andrew L. was prompt with communication, very courteous, professional and personable. He arrived on time and worked hard to find the issue with my off brand mini split. He found a leak right away and fixed it. Went to turn the unit on and had no luck. He continued to work until the next issue was found. He made several suggestions on a fix which I am considering all of my options. He was more than fair on the price.
