"Owner, Paul Lagoda exceeded all expectations! This was a very difficult job working the ductwork area in a crawl space. Paul was very thorough in all aspects assessing what the job would require. Paul followed up with me during the entire process. When equipment was needed and ordered he gave timely status updates. He went far and beyond the call in many measures and the job was done sooner than promised with an excellent outcome. There were a few other area companies with high ratings that didn't show for appointments, return phone calls, etc., no names but really surprising giving their reviews. Graceland was truly the exception.
