"We decided to remove a set of old concrete steps leading to a back patio.  Once that job was finished by another contractor, we found to our surprise that there was a good size hole in the brick veneer behind where the steps used to be.  Not only did we need the hole plugged but we needed to match the bricks in our 40 year old home.
After interviewing several brick contractors, we settled on BA Klaene and Son.  Jeremy Klaene provided us with a reasonable quote and was able to secure an almost exact match to our existing bricks.  In addition, he is an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop during the entire process.  Once a date was scheduled for the repairs, his crews showed up on time and provided a very skilled and professional repair to our wall.  It's almost impossible to tell where the repair was made.  We are very pleased with everything the Klaene crew provided and will recommend them without equivocation.

"Matt and his team do good work and are knowledgeable when it comes to all things chimney and fireplace related. Matt really helped me out by finding a major design/work that another remodeling company did at my house. If he didn't see what they did, it could have resulted in a possible fire if I used my fireplace the way they left things. I really appreciate all they did and the work they performed."

"Faith and her sister cleaned my house incredibly well in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to get surfaces clear and sparkling that had been riddled with hard well water. They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. "The tech was great. He did a simple job that I am no longer able to do. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked but that isen't on him. The job was also delayed by 1 week do to them cancelling the first appointment. I would have appreiciated a discount from the company for waiting a week."
