We both enjoy are work. My fees are as follows: I charge $30.00 for the trip charge, more if you are over 20 miles from my shop . the trip charge is a one time fee to help with gas it and last until the job is completed. for most walk behind mowers I charge $35.00 for labor, Most riders non commercial $45.00, zero turns non commercial $55.00, weed eaters and chain saws $30.00 generators and pressure washers (motors only) $35.00. I accept cash and checks as payment. I offer senior and disabled citizens a %5 discount on labor only. most commercial mowers are $65.00 this does not include any parts.

"Initially well, building a personal relationship and after that BAD. Never checked the tire pressure. After experiencing an oil leak, the "wife' said they would try and come to my house and if not they would call. They NEVER called. I texted the next morning and left a voicemail. NO response"

"Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!"

Lawn Tool Repair questions, answered by experts

Replacing a lawn mower pull cord yourself should only cost you the supplies, which comes to around $25. For more complex repairs, you’ll need to get a quote from a local lawn mower repair shop.

In many cases, it might be cheaper to repair your lawn mower than to replace it, depending on what needs to be repaired. The cost to replace a lawn mower dramatically varies, from $60 for basic models to over $15,000 for the top-of-the line models.

Small repairs like a spark plug replacement can be as little as $20, so replacing the whole lawn mower wouldn’t make much sense. However, repairing a crankshaft could be much more expensive at $500 to $900, so depending on the age of your mower, it might be best to replace it. It’s best to speak with your lawn mower repair technician to determine which option is best for you.

There are a few reasons why a lawn mower cord won’t pull, including an engine jam, a tangled cord, a broken recoil starter, or poor maintenance. To troubleshoot, turn the mower off. Then, inspect the cord, look for any tangles, and gently pull it to identify where the resistance starts. If you’re not seeing any obstructions, you may need to call in a professional for repairs.

The best and safest way to deal with used motor oil is to bring it to an approved facility to be recycled and refined into new material. You may see recommendations to use old oil as an equipment lubricant or wood stain, but using it in these ways can be dangerous, messy, and environmentally irresponsible.

Most repairs take 1-3 days, but complex issues may require ordering replacement parts, extending the timeline.
