Initially well, building a personal relationship and after that BAD. Never checked the tire pressure. After experiencing an oil leak, the "wife' said they would try and come to my house and if not they would call. They NEVER called. I texted the next morning and left a voicemail. NO response

We called provider and set up a time and estimated price.  When they called to say lawn mower was ready, they quoted a higher price but we paid.  Got lawn mower home and mowed 3 laps and mower broke down.  Took it back to them and they called to have us pick it up and charged us again even more than the first time.  Got home and again 3 laps later mower broke down.  We decided not to call or go back because every time we pick it up it is in worse condition than we started.  The father may have started this out as a reputable business but the son is very shady and I am not sure this is even a lawn mower business but a cover for a more shady business.

My mother and I went to Wayne's shop to have a riding lawn mower and a garden tiller repaired back in May... After 5 months of waiting on these guys to finish the work they started neither machine is working. The son, Daniel, blows customers off and overcharges - Wayne informed me I was overcharged and that he would rectify the situation... apparently the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Daniel came out to repair riding lawn mower, and broke it. Then swore the reason it wouldn't start and was blowing smoke was because of a different problem. Nope. He broke it. Wayne came out and replaced the part his son broke... Well, guess what. He didn't actually replace it because after one use - riding lawn mower was broken AGAIN. The tiller is a whole other story. Daniel took the tiller with him... called the next day demanding I pick it up as it was fixed. I drove an hour out of my way to pick up the tiller... it was STILL broken. Talked to Wayne, he said he would fix it. After almost 2 months of playing run around with these guys I drove out and demanded my tiller. It STILL was not fixed. I have the tiller and lawn mower... I am out $280 - neither machine works; Wayne still has parts for my tiller that he promised he would bring to me... NEVER happened. My husband is a soldier who is deployed more than he is home... I needed my stuff fixed and instead I got ripped off. I would never recommend these people, not even to my worst enemies. These guys are a couple of con artists. I have called multiple times over the months and left messages to inquire as to whether or not my stuff would be fixed... never got a call back. They made almost $300 for doing nothing.

I called and was told someone would be at my house the next day at a particular time.  Nobody showed up or even called.

They came a little later then they said but really took their time to do the job right. Really thorough and reasonable price. They spent over an hour to level the deck.

I called the business around 5:45pm and was told Wayne would be to my house later that evening. Wayne and his son arrived around 6:15 to fix a broken pull cord. Wayne and his son fixed the pull cord and showed me step by step how to do it myself if the cord were to break again. They pinpointed the location that caused the tear and upon my request they altered the lawn mower so the cord will not likely be broken in the future. The entire procedure only took about 5-10 minutes and the duo was very friendly and informative throughout the service.
