I have owned 6 houses and have hired many contractors and none of them can hold a candle to this company and their work ethic. George's crew is highly skilled, hardworking, on time, friendly and a pleasure to work with every day. They showed up at the crack of dawn and worked until dusk and several times beyond. George has very high standards when it comes to the quality of his work, and he made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the garage build. We are not the typical customers and wanted to add "character" in our new build. We insisted on using 4 antique 110-year-old porch posts, adding a cupola and weathervane vane to the metal garage roof and used other salvaged materials. George's crew made it all work like magic, without complaint or added labor cost. The total price of the garage was very reasonable also. I would not hesitate to hire Georges Construction again and again. This company is highly trustworthy, true artists, professional and the best in my book. I feel very lucky to have hired them. Our front entryway job included drywalling 3 adjacent surfaces, retexturing the replaced section of ceiling, reframing the door with trim, and replacing the entryway ceiling light fixture. The project was tidy and completed over two consecutive days, despite the drying time for multiple layers of mudding and sanding. In addition, the end cost matched the initial estimate and though I always got an answering machine when I called, David consistently replied within the hour (usually within 30 min!) and communication remained good. He came to do the job on the days he said he would, and even called on those mornings ahead of arrival.
Mr. Hammond is definitely at the top of our list for our next home repair/improvement job.

"Hunters provided excellent service ! Owner Robert, Bob, (not sure!) was very professional and went about and beyond. Very pleased with his work. He painted and distressed my kitchen cabinets and I have gotten so many compliments on them! One time he came to do some work when my 15-year-old daughter was home.
