"We hired Silverlake Construction for a fairly large complicated addition that involves pretty much every building trade craft there is. They have been great so far, Jorge and his crews definitely know what they're doing. Once we got the plans and contract fully hashed out they got the permit approved 3x quicker than the other guys said it would take and immediately started working hard and getting things done fast. We're about halfway thru the project now and so far we've been super impressed with everything, the exterior is looking fantastic and the interior is about to start getting the drywall, floors and finishes. We have no doubt that we'll be happy with the finished product. Jorge is a good guy, he's put up with us making changes or special requests late in the game and made them happen. Anyways, I can't recommend them enough, the pricing is fair and work is high quality"

"The front door of my 100 year old house was in much need of new weather stripping and track resetting to make the door close properly. With the arch shape of the door and being a wider than standard front door, the job was much too complicated for me, but Joshua took care of everything was excellent in getting the job done. He was timely and his cost was very reasonable. Thanks to Joshua my door now closes the way it should, and is no longer drafty. I definitely recommend him and look forward to hiring him for other jobs at my house."

Within an hour or two, he tarped the roof until repairs could be done. Everyone raves about the flooring.
