"We used DDR for renovating our basement. Jon, our project manager, was very knowledgeable and courteous when it came to communicating and managing the project. We are happy with the work they have done and any issues we've had have been minor and they were quick to address and fix. "This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing. I am very glad; I chose Silver Lakes Construction/Jorge to guide me through this process."

"Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. From the time I met with Kevin in June for an initial consultation to the completion of DDR's work on the basement in early September, everything went smoothly and on time. Kyle, my project manager, was especially great in communicating all the details and timelines for carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and inspectors. He was also very helpful in terms of preparing me for what I needed to have ready for the contractors and offering suggestions for outside experts who laid the floors, painted the walls, hung the cabinets, and installed the granite. When we hit a snag, Kyle always made it right, giving me the information I needed to make decisions and over and above help if something went wrong. I highly recommend DDR!"

"Excellent, we cannot say enough good about Jason. He was the first to respond to our request we had to delay the appointment on our end twice but he was patient and responsive during the process. He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through. During the walk through he was thorough in finishing last minute tasks even changing light bulbs for us! We will definitely use Jason again!"
