He said someone would call the next day to schedule. Nobody called. I heard nothing afterwards. Since it was over the holidays, I waited before calling myself.  I called on Friday after Christmas and did not receive a return call from the rep's cell. I did not hear on Monday. I called the main office and was told the repairs had already be done. I was shocked because someone had been at home the entire time. He said he would have the representative mentioned above call me, who was also according to this man the person who completed the work and never heard back. I called again to the office and was told the work was definitely completed and that the rep. would call me that day. He did not. He did however, send a woman to give me an estimate on drywall repair as I had asked."
