Parsons Construction Group is Cincinnati's premier insulation and coating specialists. PCG is a company built on a solid foundation committed to building relationships with its clients and known for its reliability and trust. Through the past fifteen years, Parsons has carefully aligned itself with three of the most trusted and respected manufactures of their kind in America. The first being Florian Greenhouse made in the USA known nationally and internationally for its unsurpassed quality in manufacturing horticulture greenhouses and solariums. Florian has manufactured an impressive resume of institutions, universities-schools, restaurants, hotels, and nursing homes. Parsons is proud to be the exclusive dealer and have shared in part of that success in the greater Cincinnati area. Parsons became a partner to Florian Greenhouse in 1999 and to date can boast for hundreds of successful installations, one being the three story glass structure that houses reptiles and butterflies at the Cincinnati Zoo which can be seen and on display every day! The next partnership developed is Textured Coatings of America, made in the USA. This product can be found on buildings and bridges across the country, including “big box” stores such as Lowe’s, Kohl’s, and IKEA; along with other retail giants, Target; corporate headquarters facilities; government buildings, and historical buildings. Tex-Cote is the most sustainable, greenest paint or coating available. Parsons is again proud to be the exclusive certified dealer in the Cincinnati area. In keeping to the theme of sustainability and staying on the cutting edge, Parsons was the first to introduce to the Tri-State Reflective Optimizing Insulation (R.O.I.) This exclusive product is truly revolutionary and we are changing the way people think when it comes to insulating their homes and businesses every day! The estimate for repair was very competitive with the previous contractor; actually, about half the cost, so I do wish that we had gotten in touch with Parsons in the summer when we were getting estimates. The estimate for painting is significantly higher than other estimates we had received, but comparing regular paint with Tex-Cote is like apples and oranges. The Tex-Cote is guaranteed to last for as long as we own the house, so could well be worth the added expense.
We are going to honor our commitment for repair work to the previous contractor, but will consider having Parsons apply the Tex-Cote in the spring when the temperature is conducive to painting.
