I struggled for months fighting with them myself until I was referred to American Metal and Roofing. Braxton came out within a few days and assured me he would help me get this taken care of. He was thorough with his documentation, called our insurance company daily to hold them accountable, and kept us updated every step of the way. "I am very satisfied with my choice to hire Beams Roofing and Contracting and highly recommend this company.  The work began only 4 days after I signed the contract, and it took a day & 1/2.  Mr. Beams is very knowledgable and his estimate was one of the lower of 4 quotes.  However, I was most impressed with him advising against replacing my custom skylights at this time.  This ultimately allows me to get several more good years from my existing skylights, and I can budget the cost of replacement down the road. I feel his priority is to do what's right for his customer, rather than making the most money possible on a job.
