it was excellent, I had not have any single problem since and they clean everything up. It cost on what they quoted. I recommended them to my friends who has the same problem.

Do Not Hire AquaLock! It's UNSAFE FOR you and YOUR FAMILY. They are destructive to your property. It took 20-30 hours to clean up the Trash, fast food wrappers, buckets of gravel, Dust, debris, and toilet paper they left in the basement after they were "finished". I will have to hire a Plumber, Electrician, and another foundation/basement waterproofing company to remediate the multitude of issues that was created by their work. I pointed out many of the issues that are breaches in the contract during the final walk through. They retaliated with physical threats to the property. They would not allow me to read the closing documents. Their crew leader said "I'll write down your complaints, don't worry about it." My home is more at risk for flooding and water damage now after their work than ever before. See picture below of a pipe that was supposed to be buried in a trench, but was just thrown in a corner of the crawl space with a little gravel tossed on top. They left a gushing pipe on wet concrete. They blocked our garage doors with their truck as part of retaliation (pictured below) for pointing out countless issues with their work. They claimed the lock smith wouldn't come outside of business hours. FOR the SAFETY of your family, your person, and your property DO NOT HIRE Aqualock. I made the mistake of calling their office after the physical threats. And I should have called the cops. The management of the company is complicit in strong arming customers and using physical threats. IF THEY PUT YOU in PHYSICAL DANGER call 911 immediately. Do not rely on this company to do anything right or above board. If you have been a victim of AquaLock and they breached the contract please contact the Kentucky Attorney General's office. They present themselves as a "Mom & Pop" shop. Their contracts are relatively uncomplex, which can be expected for small family owned business. However, in this instance they write them to confuse and add ambiguity about what they actually deliver. It's all by design to screw customers over. They have no respect for customers. They lie to customers with impunity. You can point out that they deliver on all the contracts they'll tell that you are mistaken, and their sales rep didn't explain it correctly to you. How they're still allowed to operate is mind boggling.

The salesperson was very helpful and the installation was top notch so no complaints about the work. However, I got a pop-up offering a 10 % discount right after they left and they wouldn't honor it, because "the coupon has to be presented at time of inspection." Make sure you ask about discounts up front because they won't tell you they're offering any. Fool me once....

Excellent work done. Home inspection and mold report had turned up some mold in the crawlspace of a house my wife and I were interested in buying. Aqualock took care of the mold and completed incapsulated the crawlspace to prevent future mold. Very happy with the job they did. Jay Kraft is a stand up individual who will do excellent work. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, I know who we'll call!

Good. Just wish they would have included some hvac work - like sealing up the seams - being that the insulation was removed.

They were good. It was a reasonable price for all the service. It is a national company, or at least it has branches. We moved from Indianapolis to Kentucky and Aqua Lock here was also excellent and we used them.
They were straight forward, the people worked steadily the whole time they were on site. They cleaned up after themselves, were very professional. I have like zero complaints.

I cannot comment on the final work as I hired this company to do the work as part of a home sell and the new owners took over the f/u with the actual work. But - my initial contact and interaction with the company was great as far as getting the estimate, a great explanation of what the work involved and I was happy that I could work with one company to perform both services instead of having to find a company for the leak and a separate company for the radon mitigation. The new owner had contacted the company prior to the planned work performance date and seemed happy with Aqua Lock as well after talking to them on the phone. They f/ud with me within a few days of the estimate as they said they would and were very pleasant and professional in my initial dealings with them. I would recommend them for those looking for radon or basement leak work just based on my initial contacts.

Accommodated my timeframe even though it was tight with sale of home and busy schedule on their end. Not the least expensive but higher quality service and with better warranties. Their radon system was better and they will do periodic testing to assure it stays well within acceptable range. Work was done quickly and professionally. The person who came to give estimate was knowledgeable and courteous and very accommodating. Great company to work with. Talked to owner and they were very informative about the types of foundation repair and why they use the method they use. Really nice people to work with. Highly recommend.

Everyone was extremely helpful. They were able to schedule the work two days after giving me the quote, which was far better than any competitors could do. The price was better than other bids I received as well. The work was done in a timely manner, very professionally, and everything looks great in the crawl now. It stays dry. Mission accomplished.

So far, so good. However, leak didn't occur until massive rainfall about May 1st. and we've not had s similar rainfall. However, work is guaranteed. Sealant is not cosmetically attractive, but crack was in back of closet so it didn't matter. It was paintable but difficult to cover even though Dawn detergent was supposed to remove a film created during application. It required 5 or 6 coats.

It was difficult to find one company to do all of the work we required. We had three estimates. One estimate was substantially higher and they tried to up-sell us products and services that were not needed. One estimate was lower, but not guaranteed, not a member or positive review on the BBB or Angie's List and we were asked to pay for services in advance (NEVER acceptable!) Aqualock representatives explained their services thoroughly, explained how and when and by whom the work would be completed, and then provided services and pricing within a written contract.
They worked with us on scheduling as there was extensive work that needed to be completed prior to a real estate closing and all staff were very friendly and professional. Additional work was needed to get the radon level below the required 4.0, but we were given a discounted price on parts and installation. When the work was completed, we were thrilled that the radon level was 1.1, the basement was dryer and a musty odor and dampness was gone.
We were so pleased with the work completed on the home we were selling, we had them do similar and additional work at a home we purchased at a later date. Highly recommend. We could not have been more pleased with the service performed.
