"Mr. Workman did renovations on a full bath and the powder room. Both rooms had rotted floors under the toilets, so that all had to be torn out and repaired The full bath needed drywall repair and painting. He installed a glass shower door on the tub and installed tile trim around the existing tub walls. He tiled the floor and painted the whole room and installed a new light fixture. The Powder room had a totally rotted floor under the toilet. He tiled the floor and the walls up to about 4'. He painted the ceiling where it had water damage from leaks on the floor above. He repaired the existing wallpaper above the new tile."

"The tree was cut down and stump grinded-a lot of debris from stump left in yard My yard has war wounds from equipment and Vehicles. My driveway was cracked from the heavy equipment. Tim used a filler/patch material and it looks bad. It wasn't damaged before his equip sit on it. My chain length fence gate is warped. It has had issues because it's old but it was never warped like it is now."
