He clearly takes pride in his company, cares about his customers' satisfaction, and has a level of integrity that is extremely rare in today's world. "First of all, the Angie's Bonus Deal was very misleading...It gave the impression that you would get a cleaning service that was worth $100 for $50; that the provider was to provide an estimate for the cleaning services; and the ad stated that $100 would be deducted if the estimate was to exceed $100. Unfortunately,the estimate turned out to be very pricey...more than we had anticipated. For us, it was to late to backout because the $50 was already debited from my account before the provider showed up.
