"Refloor did a great job on my basement and laundry room floors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made picking a color easy. My old floors were scratched up because of my dogs but my new floor is definitely more durable. "I originally had my floor done by a company out of Northern Kentucky and it was awful! I didn’t even attempt to call him back to fix it. I reached out to Cleveland and sent him some pictures and a video of how bad it was. He contacted me and said that they could fix the floor. It was basically putting a floor on a floor. He sent Antonio out and when I got home around 1:45 in the afternoon, it already looked a thousand times better! Antonio was very informative and very proud of the work he does. I can’t say how much I appreciate both Cleveland and Antonio for getting this floor finally looking good!"
