I had some mice and birds that were getting into our attic & we found a few mice in our house. He and his crew came in and removed everything thing in the attic, sanitized, sealed everything from the inside and then did brand new insulation. He checked on us over the next month and came back 2 more times to check the status of our attic trap. He was very fast, fair and professional. I would hire his company again."

In the interim, ABES had been bought by OPC Pest Services. This time, we were first introduced to Kemuel, whose job was obviously to sell us. He left us under the impression that the treatment would be comparable to what we received in 2015, though the cost was to be $750. compared to $325. He led us to believe that we would have to leave for a few hours after the treatment to avoid breathing the fumes from the pesticide. The great news was that it could be done today. He left us with his phone number, in case we had any further concerns. A short time later, the technician Brock appeared with his approximately 1-gallon sprayer filled with Sterifab (Isopropyl Alcohol). He invested less than 45 minutes, largely spraying around seams on our sofa, loveseat, and queen mattress. Highly unprofessional. Much more to say, but I'm out of space."

At one point I had an issue with one of the bait traps that they promptly replaced. But I noticed a LOT of termites on that bait. I requested a report. They said they'd give me one. NEVER GOT ONE. In fact, I had asked for updates / reports every time they made an inspection. They said they'd give me one. NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPORTS ABOUT THEIR OBSERVATIONS. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT A BILL. So today I called and said I would not be renewing because of that, and they didn't even TRY to keep me as a customer. They simply said we'll have the bait traps removed. They quickly ended the conversation. WOW. So I guess I made the right decision to drop them. So now I STILL do not know anything about what is happening on my property with regard to termites. I would never ever recommend them. Ever. I'm sad about that, because I wanted to employ a local company for this issue, and now I'm going to have to submit to the bleeping national chains. Really, why couldn't they at least have given me a report after inspection??? Now I have to go find another company to give me honest input."

"Had them install the baits around Mom's house. I was unsure this was a good thing --- drawing the termites close to the house that had once already been infected. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
