The service provided was exceptional. 
I recently rented a house in Madisonville to tenants.  Shortly after moving in, the tenants were complaining about bugs in the house.
We were able to get an appointment with Formula Exterminators the following day.  My
tenants reported that they were very professional and courteous. 
5-6 days later, my tenants were concerned about a large insect they found.  The contacted Formula directly and Cindi asked them to send a picture.  She discerned from the picture that it was an Earwig and not a cockroach, which was previously treated for. 
Cindi personally went out to the property and did heavy treatment for Earwigs.  She also spoke with the tenants and provided education as well as expectations.  I spoke with the tenants after the visit and they indicated that they were very happy with the service and felt at ease.
I am so appreciative for receiving such a high level of service and genuine concern for our satisfaction.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fred has been coming every years for many years to inspect our home. Fred is extremely knowledgeable on insects and critters and can identify any problems or potential problems. He is also experience to handle any problems associated with insects or critters. Fred. He is very professional, friendly and unassuming. We trust the work he has done all these years and have been very happy with his responsiveness and service.

One summer, I found a dead, young possum on our deck. Fred cam over very quickly and immediately identified the talon marks in the body of the little critter, that most likely killed it. He explained what most likely happened and removed the critter fWurom our premises.

Would definitely recommend them.

I am terrified of bugs. And Formula Exterminators has been keeping my home bug-free for years! I have loved working with the entire family and highly recommend them. 
I first contacted Formula Exterminators when I found termites by my front door. They walked me through the entire process - explaining how the termites had entered my home, showing me where they would treat and describing how the chemicals would work. They were far more reasonably priced than the larger pest control companies I looked at. The next year, a smaller group of termites came back - and Formula Exterminators came back immediately to retreat - no questions asked. I haven't had any problems since then. 
Formula Exterminator also does my quarterly pest control. They are very flexible so it's easy to schedule my appointments - even if it's at the last minute. They are always punctual, courteous and friendly. I ask a lot of questions and they are happy to answer them and to give me tips to help make my house less susceptible to insects. On the rare occasion that I find insects between treatments, they come out free of charge the next day to retreat. 

Everything worked perfectly.

I can let you know afterwards how it control the insects.  They will return when the insects begin arriving full force in August/September and stray the south side of our home at a cost of $100 per visit to keep down the "enemy".

I've used them for years. The experience is great. I feel like I can trust them. I leave the door unlocked for them. They are real flexible. We have a standing appointment that I often have to change. They are very responsive. They are great. I would recommend them and I have recommended them.

They are pretty fabulous. What stands out is that they're prompt and friendly. They've only been late a couple of times. They would call me to tell me. They give you a window of when they're going to arrive. They always arrive within that window. They're prompt, efficient, and friendly. I will keep on using them.

They are always available if you have any issues. They are friendly and concious if they track in any dirt in your home. I've used them for a while and I like their service.

We have a maintenance contract with them. They did an annual bug check. They are honest, dependable and reliable. I trust them.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND THE COMPETENCE OF THIS GROUP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND WE DON'T THINK THAT THEY TRIED TO SELL US THINGS THAT WE DID NOT NEED. WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF WITH AN INITIAL TREATMENT, THEY WERE QUICK TO COME BACK - AT NO CHARGE - TO RETREAT THE AFFECTED AREA.

THEY ALWAYS MAKE COURTEOUS REMINDERS IN SCHEDULING SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENTS. IT IS COST-COMPETITIVE.

THE OFFICE AND FIELD STAFF WERE ALL POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT OFFERED OPTIONS ON HOW I COULD TREAT IT MYSELF, AND DID NOT PUSH FOR A SALE AT ALL.

THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE INSPECTION. I WAS INFORMED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE ANY TERMITES. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT TYPE OF BUGS WE HAD AND TOLD US HOW TO PREVENT BUGS FROM COMING IN OUR HOME. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL US ON ANYTHING. I HAVE USED THEM FOUR TIMES NOW AND WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.
