They've always done a good job. You don't have to make appointments, you can just walk in.

I have taken my dog there for years. Yes you have to wait sometimes, and it is not the cleanest, but it seemed to be ok. However, my last visit was horrible. After her blood work for thyroid issues, I was given a bottle of pills. When I got home they were not the ones that she had been taking for the past couple years. I called and spoke to someone in pharmacy and they assured me they were the right ones. After giving them to my dog for a week and her having daily accidents on the carpet of both urine and bowel, I called the office to again question the medication. I explained everything to the receptionist and she said she would get it to the first available doctor. I never received a return call. I took my dog to a new vet this past weekend and when I showed them the medicine I was given by Noah's Ark, they didn't know what it was. They also checked their drugs and their thyroid medicine was just exactly the same one that my dog took previously. And now for the biggest issue - when the new vet did blood work to see what my dog's thyroid levels were they were normal!



Also, a close friend of mine has taken her dogs there for several years and the past two times she has been there, she has been double charged for medication.

Dog was weighed and examined, blood work was done. Vet believed that some of the dogs symptoms maybe related to pain. Our dog is 12 years old and has arthritis. She was given a prescription for an nsaid. The vet called the next day with the results of the blood work. Most was with in normal limits, a little elevation in liver profile which we will follow up with on our next visit.

Overall was a very good experience.

They were wonderful. We walked in without an appointment and were out less than 2 hours later. Everyone was kind and courteous and they really seemed to care about the animals that come in.

Vet explained everything well. Decision was made to put dog down. The vet and all the workers were very caring; all went smoothly.The good and bad of this place is that they don't do appointments. Good, that you can just walk in; bad, because you might have to wait some time.

It is very convenient because I just go when I need to. They have done an incredible job, but it is not the cleanest place in the world. Otherwise, I think it is okay.

She had to spend 2 nights there, cause she chewed some of her stitches. ALso she had a problem with one of her paws and
they fixed that. The employees treated her nicely. They pampered her. Took her a little extra time to recover, but she is
a healthy and happy cat !!!

We did not need to make an appointment with Noah's Ark Animal Clinic. We just had to walk in which I love. It's more convenient because they have extended hours. I just love them. Sometimes I had to wait if I didn't have an appointment. They're good and they have an amazing price. The people in the reception area can be a little bit short sometimes.

They don't even charge me an office visit unless there's something specific that needs to be done for the pet. You can tell that the moment you walk in, they really are there for the animals and they have an understanding and compassion for people with animals, especially multiple animals. They impress me with the fact that they don't cheap out on the service because they're charging a lower price. The facilities are very clean, kept up, and they have plenty of staff. I can't say enough good things about them!

Check in at the front desk is sometimes backed up BUT that is too be expected if you go to a clinic where you do not make appointments. Of course, if an emergency case comes in, you may have a long wait.
You can request "express service" if you are there and do not need to see a vet...for example suture removal or toe nail trim or picking up meds.
If you have to PHONE in and ask something...that can take a long, long time....I give their phone etiquette a D.
Once I get in to see Dr. Matt McGlasson or Dr. Noel Liga, it is smooth sailing from that point forward.
P.S. Please, keep your kids and pets under control when you are at any vet office. And don't put your pet on the counter at checkin. It makes for an unpleasant vet trip to see people put their little pets on the counter (I have seen a toy poodle jump off and fall on its face which then had blood all over its mouth and teeth and a terrified dog because of an un-thinking owner).

We saw Dr. Nikolaus Mahrt at Noah's Ark Animal Clinics of Ft Wright for the surgery. He helped me save money. He didn't try to offer me services that we didn't need. He was prudent. He helped us getting only the services that my dogs needed. He was very timely with the surgery. We went on a Friday and the surgery was scheduled for Monday. We didn't have to wait long for it. They don't take appointments. It's like a walk-in clinic so we were expecting to wait there for a long time. However, we only had to wait only for ten minutes. They were very timely. The staff is very nice. My overall experience was good. However, nobody introduced themselves, that's the only thing I felt that they could improve on. I was the one introducing myself to everyone. They at least need to wear a name tag because it was difficult to make out who the doctor was and who the technician was. Everyone was really nice but they need to introduce themselves. That will be my only suggestion. I would continue to go to Noah's Ark Animal Clinics of Ft Wright in the future.

Brought my cat in for rabies vaccination. I was seen in 15 minutes which is unusual because I've waited in the past much longer than 15 minutes. The vet asked me questions about my cat and suggested blood work. I had the work done and the vet said she would contact me. Later that day she called the house and left a message saying to call her with a phone number. By the time I got home it was to late and the office was closed. I tried calling the next day and couldn't get through. I drove down to the clinic and waited twenty minutes to see the vet, got tired of waiting and just left. Upon leaving I picked up one of their business cards and verified the phone number. Redialed the number and eventually got through. The vet was out on lunch. I explained that I was down there and waited for 20 minutes and why did I have to wait so long just for the results of a blood test. The person on the phone didn't know and said the vet was there and had just left. I believe the problem is in poorly trained front desk staff.
