"We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. He worked all afternoon removing and installing my water heater. He wore the booties and put them on the wheels of the dolly to protect my carpet. He cleaned up when he was finished. Added bonus, Amazon delivered two heavy boxes while he was here, and knowing I recently had shoulder surgery, he carried the boxes up my stairs for me! He moved furniture back in place. I highly recommend. Schneller also offers a 10 year warranty on cost and labor! I would have given a better rating on value of the cost, but I have no idea what the cost should be. Side note, I waited from 8am to noon for another plumbing company (whose name sounds happy). I finally called around 2:30 pm, and was told the plumber was delayed!! A phone call would have been nice! So I decided not to use them."
