"I had a totally stopped up kitchen drain. Greenwell unstopped the clog and redid the plumbing under the kitchen sink. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"What a pleasure to find an honest, friendly competent individual to do work for you. First let me say I have already written a negative review on Angie's List against one of Louisville's major plumbing contractors that I had called out for this job. I am not a novice at home repairs and did not have time to repair this myself. The other company quote was so out of bounds I called Shane Gibson based on his outstanding reviews.
What a friendly competent individual. he went to work and was finished installing a new coupling assembly, carefully opening the wall so it could be easily repaired. He was done in about an hour. He charged 20% of what the large named company quoted me. You know, honesty is a lost attribute and it was nice to find a person that practices what his ads say. From my experience I had estimated the proper amount for the repair myself. Even without discussing the price Shane came in exactly what I had estimated was a fair price for the repair.(Honesty again!!!!!)
I took all my previous phone numbers for plumbers and took them off my phone and threw away my refrigerator magnets that I had received from other plumbers.. Shane Gibson is the only person I would call. I also found that a nearby large neighborhood hardware store recommends him as well. I asked Shane for 25 of his cards and will have handed them out to friends and associates by tomorrow.
