In the process, they inspected the exposed pipes in the basement to discover several small leaks, which they also repaired. It wasn't cheap, but it was convenient. Drexler's technician, Chris S., and his assistant, were courteous, careful, and professional. The only problem I have is that Drexler's pricing is not particularly transparent and runs on the high side. You're paying a premium for their ready availability and reliability."
