Our house is on a fall away lot, so porch is a story off the ground. Have bushes on one side as well. Was amazed at how he tackled it all and got the job done. One panel came loose and got bent on one of the very stormy night, some weeks later. He came back out and replaced it all. Was a complete pleasure to talk to and won't hesitate to call him again. "Tom Drexler's technician arrived within two hours of my call and was able to make the necessary adjustment in time for the gas company technician to finish that job while they were still in the neighborhood. In the process, they inspected the exposed pipes in the basement to discover several small leaks, which they also repaired. It wasn't cheap, but it was convenient. Drexler's technician, Chris S., and his assistant, were courteous, careful, and professional. The only problem I have is that Drexler's pricing is not particularly transparent and runs on the high side. You're paying a premium for their ready availability and reliability."

We had used NCM before so we know their work is good. Mike came out and installed our water heater with a helper and had it hooked up and going within 2 hours. They were both very friendly to my 3 year old and explained what they were doing to him as if he were an adult (he's very curious). The price was reasonable and we got a better unit for our money than others were offering. We couldn't be happier with the service or the water heater. Will definitely hire again."
