"Worst experience I have ever had with a customer, was this lady. Went to her house 4 times and then her husband tried to fight me because I wouldn?t give them all of there money back for a blower that I installed that was working, they just didn?t want it, and after having me out to there house 4 times which was past stone street, then they demanded I pay them back for my services. That?s not how it works unfortunately and they didn?t even get charged for 2 of the visits."

"Went to her house twice to check on her gas appliance for her, didn?t even charge the second time. She had two fireplaces that she wanted cleaned. Neither of them needed a cleaning so I actually saved her money and did some of a plumbers job checking her gas lines. Told her everything she needed to know and even did extra, then she writes a bad review? never slammed her door, never said it hurt or anything like that, just can?t please everyone I guess."

"Well, Ashley when I got to your house you told me you wanted me to clean your logs and everything in there so that is what I did. You left me in your house by myself and went to work and didn't watch me clean anything but left me the check and called me back to your house 2 days later to put the sand in your pan as we had discussed during the previous visit. You were not home again when I came to put the sand in and had left the side door open for me and a check... Never mentioned to me that the cleaning I did 3 days ago wasn't up to your satisfaction until later that afternoon after I had come back to put the sand in... You had never mentioned anything about how you wanted the black stuff on the fireplace walls cleaned until that afternoon which is also when YOU actually started yelling at me, demanding your money back and threatening my business and writing bad reviews. If you would have asked me when I arrived the first time about the black on the fireplace walls, I would have told you that it can be done but costs a lot more and is a dangerous process involving acid. But you never mentioned that until 3 days later and then called me screaming about it, threatened my business, wrote bad reviews, canceled the checks, and tried to scam angles by telling them I took your money so they would give it back and you could profit $189. But you never mentioned that until 3 days later, so I'm sorry you feel this way and the need to do these things and go this far, but that's your life, have a good one!"
